42" Grill heads for built-in use are a big step up in grilling space. Prepare meals for 12 or more on these 42" units. There are numerous accessories available including side burners, access doors, drawers, refrigeration units, and more. There are 667 sq. in. of actual grilling area - which would be called 1,027 sq. in. by others that include the warming rack in the specification. The three burners put out 82,500 BTU/hr.or 28,400 BTU/hr each. The entire unit is made of #304 (18/8 food grade) Stainless Steel. The grill can be ordered with any combination of Infrared or Convection burners for the 3 main burners. And, if at a later date you should have a change of heart, burner conversion kits are available and easily swapped. In addition a Solaire rotisserie with spit forks and counterweight can be added later. A vinyl cover is included with each grill.
