This commercial grill is designed to be safe, durable, easy to clean, and let you cook with great control. The unit includes a 48" built-in grill , 48" hood, 48" warming rack and outdoor cover. All Crown Verity gas grills are constructed of stainless steel throughout. The hood of the unit is easily removed by sliding it off the back of the unit. This allows for easier cleaning and maintenance. Each burner is fully adjustable to allow the operator to cook with various temperatures depending on the food product they are cooking.
The units include a water tub with a built-in drain port to ease cleaning and reduce the chance of grease fires from occurring. Fill the water tub with water while cooking and if a flame drips off the cooking grid into the bottom of the unit it will extinguish itself in the water. The drippings from the cooking grid will suspend in the water tub which helps make clean up a much easier process. Drain the water into a bucket prior to cleaning. All Crown Verity gas grills can be cleaned with a pressure washer which makes the cleaning process much easier.
